They are allowed at the funeral but a short distance away so that funeral people can access the front door. They are not 330 feet down the road.
 
Only to allow people to pass and it probably was a very large funeral. That article is very old from 2006. Fred Phelps die a long time ago and the Supreme Court decided on the abortion buffer zone in MA after his death.

Any you are failing to point out that there are only 46 out of 350 clinics that even have anyone outisde them so the pro life group is marginal already in scope. Yet that is not enough, we have to ban them from being anywhere near the clinic, up to 330 feet away is a long way off and your courts have approved it, made it legal.

You realise the family had an actual bomb planted outside their house? It blew up. People were convicted for it.

In 2010, a man was arrested and charged for driving to a westboro baptist church meeting with guns and ammunition in his car, intending to launch an attack on the congregation there.

Numerous documentaries have shown them being threatened, spat on, shouted out, sworn at etc.

Looks like their political freedom is under attack in the USA! Far, far far worse than poor old tommy Robinson

And as Jharek pointed out, your very own Supreme Court upheld a ruling that the church can only protest In designated buffer zones.

The exact ruling states:

In 2016, a federal district court sided with Nebraska in the Shirley Phelps-Roper case. The federal appeals panel also found that the Nebraska law was content-neutral, tailored to fit a narrow use, and allowed for alternate means of protest for the church. It also found no evidence to support Phelps-Roper’s claim that her group was forced to protest at a location 2,000 feet away from the funeral.

“The rights of all speakers, including Phelps-Roper and others at funerals, to publically express their beliefs are protected by the First Amendment—but are not absolute and some time, place, and/or manner restrictions are allowed,” said circuit judge Bobby Sheppard.

It may have been under attach as was the right to free speech for prolifers but it has been dealt with. Fred phelps died a long time ago in February 2014 and they have not been an active group for years .

The case for MA buffer zone law went to the Supreme Court and was decided after his death in 2014…

The fact remains your own USA has laws enforcing protest buffer zones.

The fact also remains that your own USA has people who vocalise political and religious ideals and have their houses Actually ‘firebomed’ for it (rather than alleged like Tommy Robinson)

So please remind us again why the USA is any beacon of light for freedom of speech again?

There is no deflection. Once a country goes down that road as they did with banning Michael Savage from entering the UK who is a nothing in the US, then prolifers from clinics by use of buffer zones, how can anyone trust who or what Tommy Robinson does. He says he speaks of Muslim Gangs.

The UK believes all prolifers are hateful people who harrass others. Why should I believe what the UK says. Tommy Robinson when he disagrees and says he talks about Muslim Gangs.

The vote on the law in the parliament was ridiculous against pro life people and I know it was a 10 minute vote but still a vote.
