COVID-19 misinformation kills people.
She hasn’t been silenced, she just can’t spread misinformation on certain websites. She can start her own site or blog if she’d like to continue spreading her falsehoods.

It’s not “nonsense”, but there are no standard peer-review journal entries. From what I saw, the articles she authored in peer-reviewed journals were unrelated to the accusations of human manufacture or intentional release.JonNC:

What makes no sense is an intentional release. People in leadership are not stupid, the virus could have very well killed someone they loved. To accuse them of an intentional release is uncharitable, and without evidence it is merely gossip or slander.
Accidental release: very possible, IMO. Despite the reports about it not being man-made.

This is the most important thing. She has the credentials, she should be heard. If she is wrong, then disprove what she is saying.
The most asinine thing is to trust some millennial with a computer science degree at FB or Twitter to be the gate keeper of truth. Censorship is not part of the scientific method.

I trust the virologists that have looked at the genetic code and declared it is not manufactured.
Do I trust China? Absolutely not. I think they withheld vital information in the early phase of the spread and the CDC errored in trusting their information. I also think there are way more deaths in China than reported. Just like Trump didn’t want to generate panic about this virus, neither does China.
I think we still don’t know how this naturally occurring virus got loose. It may have been the wet market or it may have been being studied in the virology lab and escaped. Either way, I don’t believe it was intentional. China is not that stupid.
I also don’t think they have a vaccine. If they did, they could be making billions of dollars on it by now. The reason they have no deaths is because they hide that information.
I think this virologist in the article will be thoroughly debunked once the virologist work through the paper and since she published before having peer review, she probably knows it. She obviously want to hurt China but if this turns out to be bunk, she only hurts herself. If her research is spot on, that, too, will come to light but until then, she’s being manipulated or allowing herself to be manipulated by those that want China to be as evil as possible. They’re already evil. Let the truth show itself within the proper channels.
How will it look if large swaths of the US buy into this story and it turns out to be bunk? Haven’t we already been given so much misinformation we don’t know who to trust? We used to be better at being a bit skeptical until further information came forth. Now, it only matters who’s political party benefits.

I’ve never doubted that this pandemic was no accident. I never bought into the wet market story – it just sounded too hokey. This is sinister stuff! I hope this virologist doesn’t end up disappearing all of a sudden. She’s taking a huge risk. I applaud her courage.

I didn’t accuse the scientist of anything. I just said that there hasn’t been a peer review of her findings, and to think there was an intentional release is ridiculous, it makes no sense.
The same reason why our own government gets involved in such things.

If this is true or not, I do not know. What I know is that there has been a lot of people coming forward and somehow, they get “censored”.
Why? If they are wrong, it is easy to simply counter the argument. What makes people suspicious, is the censorship and lack of transparency from World Leaders, and Wealthy people, like NBA Coaches, owners and players.
If China did in fact has Zero new cases, and they are not telling the world how to do it. It is even more conspiratorial.

Truth is not acquired by censoring one of the scientists. Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey do not have the charism of infallibility, and censorship is not part of the scientific method.
