We all get what you mean - one should avoid protests, dragons, etc. Yeah, good advice. But I gave you an example of where my wife and I almost got caught, and Ridge told you about when he was caught unaware…but yet you want to put the blame on the victim of the mob.
Not true.

A simple mind wants to figure out which party was at fault to the exclusion of others.

The actual legal reality is figuring out how much fault each party assumed.

For example, a previous coworker got t-boned at an intersection when the other guy ran a just-turned red light. But because he should have been doing a better job watching oncoming traffic in the intersection he was crossing with a left-hand turn, the court assigned a small portion of the blame to him.

Real world.

Welcome to the Real World where not every party is completely innocent.

We go with the information we have.
That information says the victim was blameless in the situation.

Your insistence that the victim was to blame, even partly, is based upon nothing and is repugnant.

Ranch hand sells a product for this

Most revolutions, like the one we are arguably in, really are started by the trouble-makers.

The American Revolution was different
If we’re going to be honest the American revolution was fought so the merchant class could make more money.

How delightfully skeptical and true.

I also currently live in Kentucky. Its legal to keep a pistol pretty much anywhere in your car or on your person as long as you’re not prohibited from owning a firearm.

“ Kentucky allows any person not prohibited from possessing a firearm to carry a loaded or unloaded firearm in a vehicle in any closed container, compartment, or storage space installed as original equipment in a motor vehicle by its manufacturer, including but not limited to a glove compartment, center console, or seat pocket, regardless of whether the enclosed container, storage space, or compartment is locked, unlocked or does not have a locking mechanism.1

It is rather tiresome with some people how they can make anything about abortion. Is there a name for it like they have for Godwin’s law?

Ah, then I’m outdated.

My best man was KSP until he started with the BATFE two years ago.

I’ll hang mine from my rearview, then.

Be careful with speed bumps it might smack your windshield and crack it 🤣

Especially mine. Big 357 colt with a 6inch barrel.

No plastic glocks for me, thanks

Yup.

I think a private citizen with positive intent has no business with autos or semi autos, so I’m a wheel gun and bolt/lever/pump action man.

Saw one at that big gun show they have in the Ville every year at the expo JUST as the assault weapons ban expired in the early aughts, so demand for anything that wasn’t semi auto was way down. Think I got it for 600.

Thats a good buy.

I have to disagree on semi autos. I was born at the end of the Rhodesian Bush War, then my family moved to the US. I grew up on stories of my father having to defend the farm from the communist rebel groups, and he was always adamant that every free man needed a FAL and sufficient ammo supply.

What did Europeans can the FAL?

What it the right or left arm of freedom?
