Not true.We all get what you mean - one should avoid protests, dragons, etc. Yeah, good advice. But I gave you an example of where my wife and I almost got caught, and Ridge told you about when he was caught unaware…but yet you want to put the blame on the victim of the mob.
A simple mind wants to figure out which party was at fault to the exclusion of others.
The actual legal reality is figuring out how much fault each party assumed.
For example, a previous coworker got t-boned at an intersection when the other guy ran a just-turned red light. But because he should have been doing a better job watching oncoming traffic in the intersection he was crossing with a left-hand turn, the court assigned a small portion of the blame to him.
