I agree that defining discrimination is important. It will never be exactly black and white, there needs to be a consensus reached.
A member of a different faith may think that Christians are hurting themselves by worshiping in their manner, does that give them the right not to serve the Christians in their business?
A good way to check for discrimination is to reverse the scenario and see if it still works. If it does not, then it should be questioned.
