Yes I saw commercial during NCAA games showing Gay Male Couple talking to babysitter. They were quizzing her on the bedtime for “our kids”, etc. She asked them for Wifi password and they said “we already told you, its the names of our kids” Just one example of how the culture is going to big lengths to really normalize Gay Marriage, which was opposed by even Obama a mere 10 years ago.

Until somehow… through a mysterious process… he “evolved” on the issue. The process was various LGBT advocacy groups giving him grief until he gave in. Then he was suddenly OK.
 
Yes, there is an organization that promotes positive portrayals of gay people. That doesnt mean all positive portrayals of gay people are because of GLAAD. Just like the Anti-Defamation League calls out bad portrayals of Jewish people, that doesnt mean that all positive portrayals of Jewish people are because of the ADL. 65% of Americans approve of gay marriage, statistically. Plenty of people are just going to portray gay people positively because they have positive feelings towards gay people. That doesnt mean they are right, but it does mean that they are probably genuine, not sinister.
 
Lots of propaganda goes a long way. I watched as LGBT advocates went door to door to propagandize.

I would say just like any other show that has such immorality in it, stop watching it. I will agree it is difficult when you like a show but if you don’t turn away from it, you will become desensitized to homosexual activity and then slowly question the right and wrong in it.

The movie industry puts this stuff out there with the very goal to desensitize people and normalize their own immorality. There are exceptions but this is pretty much what is coming out of Hollywood today. Actually if you go back into the history of Hollywood and the movie industry they have always pushed immorality.

I find it difficult to watch much tv or movies at all anymore without being picky about it.
 
I’ve honestly never heard of gay activists going door to door, but if so what’s wrong with that? Don’t Mormons and Jehovahs witnesses do the same thing? And yet I dont often see people ranting about them having an agenda and corrupting the youth.

If your faith is threatened by such things it is a bad sign, in my opinion.

Additionally, women could be denied access to housing until the mid-70s and could be barred from serving in juries.

The “whole point” of the Women’s Liberation Movement was not about destroying families.
 
Oh yes it was. Feminist icon, Gloria Steinem, “A woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle.” So, men and women no longer even had a species relationship. Miss Steinem was the co-founder, in the 1970s, of the playboy for women, propaganda magazine Ms. Yes, that’s where that divisive word comes from. After all, these radicals didn’t want to be recognized as being “owned” by a man, like say, a husband.
 
He’s arguing that Voltron showed a gay marriage because of GLAAD. I think the more reasonable hypothesis is that Voltron showed a gay marriage because gay marriage is regularly practiced in the United States where Voltron is produced, with the approval of the great majority of Americans.

separating sex from babies destroys families, regardless of whether its an intention or a consequence of the Movement.

separating sex from babies is what unites Women’s Rights Movement (contraception, abortion, no fault divorce) and Gay Rights Movement (gay marriage, etc)
 
100% true. A “woman’s right to choose.” Where was the man when she got pregnant? In another room? Where was the man after she chose to have the baby? How many fathers are full-time fathers today?

No-Fault Divorce out of thin air: Commitment became optional.

The fight for gay marriage also included the fight for gay divorce, which is happening.

It doesn’t matter how many in secular society approve of same sex “marriage” and homosexual activity, Roman Catholics must believe Church teaching that marriage is one man + one woman, period. Further, Roman Catholics must believe and assent to Church teachings on proper sexual relations, which utterly excludes homosexual activity.
If I cling to and / or express beliefs contrary to these Church teachings, here’s what the Catechism has to say:

" 2089 Incredulity is the neglect of revealed truth or the willful refusal to assent to it.

" Heresy is the obstinate post-baptismal denial of some truth which must be believed with divine and catholic faith, or it is likewise an obstinate doubt concerning the same;"

And non-marital sex between heterosexual persons. The fruit of which, according to the CDC, is an STD epidemic. So this whole “sexual revolution” idea has gone down in flames, just as Pope Paul VI warned us in 1968.
 
I was answering his claim that it was the intention of the movement—which it clearly was not.
