There is no way photos can do this justice. Catholic church of the Most Holy Trinity in Augusta, Georgia.
There’s also a very nice Syriac (or Syrian…although they’re from India) church in Augusta (or at least was), that I can’t find a whole lot about. Very colourful.

Yes indeed. I don’t follow his dislike for classicism, but his own work was brilliantly inventive and very influential. A giant: and so prolific!

He was a convert too. Pugin is my favorite architect my favorite church is St. Giles in Cheadle I have never been but the pictures of it are amazing. We need people like Pugin today much like in Pugins days he felt like the architecture was drab and fake today Pugin would faint seeing the nonsense we build today

He was probably the first respected catholic in England since the reformation

Very Recently I went to the Mont Saint Michel Abbey. I took these pictures. It took centuries to build and was started based on a vision from Archangel Michael to bishop Saint Aubert of Avranches. Presently, the Monastic Fraternities of Jerusalem reside there and say mass and vespers. Previously the Benedictines were there. We walked up and saw vesper ceremony as the sun was setting. The chapel is small and you can see some of the nuns and brothers getting ready for vespers in my picture. The stone carving, also in the Abbey, shows Saint Aubert’s vision.

I’ll have to check that out. Probably a half hour or so from here.
