I’m referring to CAF posters of whom there are many more than 3 who are certain of an R/R victory. Thousands on the Forum have not said that O is going to be the winner.About three out of how many thousand?

I did not say that these forum members were fools.
Your sarcasm is not humorous.
Let’s see who the winners are on the Supreme Court - Alito, Thomas, Scalia, and Roberts (unless he really is crazy). At worst…Romney will appeal to his base…and promote conservative judges who are also pro-life. There is a zero chance of the other guy promoting a pro-life judge.
Yes. Obama is pro-abortion all the way.
The man says he is pro-life and I will take him at his word. My conscience will be clear on the matter. The other guy is pro-abortion at all stages in the womb (and sometimes outside the womb in cases of partial birth abortion). I would choose martydom rather than vote for Obama.
That makes 2 out of 1,162.EstesBob and Abyssinia are no fools, and they, among numerous others, assert that it’s a shoe-in for R/R. They don’t claim to be mediums.
That’s fine. Since it is only your opinion, it doesn’t really matter. If people used that logic en masse, I’d be concerned.CAF opinion goes towards a landslide for Romney. I’ll trust CAFers over “people.” So my opinion stands.
Abyssinia does the work of two people. Give 'em three. That makes 2 out of 1,162.
Don’t forget about Bishop Thomas John Paprocki, who founded the Fortnight for Freedom and was the Bishop who lead the charge on voting with you consience in this electionGod Bless Bishop Jenky

Bishop Loverde’s pre-election letter
But his word has been all over the place. Which version shall you believe? The man says he is pro-life and I will take him at his word. My conscience will be clear on the matter. The other guy is pro-abortion at all stages in the womb (and sometimes outside the womb in cases of partial birth abortion). I would choose martydom rather than vote for Obama.
Don’t you think that R/R are going to win? Have you not real confidence in them? That makes 2 out of 1,162.
So you think Romney is 50/50 for being pro-life, and Obama is all in for being not pro-life. Not sure I see the dilemma for you.But his word has been all over the place. Which version shall you believe?

It is not “my” opinion. It is the opinion of CAF posters who are held in high regard. I’m a left-leaning neutral about the winner of the election. But, CAF simply reeks with confidence regard the winner - and that sort of an attitude is a good thing. That’s fine. Since it is only your opinion, it doesn’t really matter. If people used that logic en masse, I’d be concerned.
I think Romney is a mormon who you cannot truly understand unless you have lived with and around. In that regard, I do not believe that Romney would ever outlaw abortion because it would likely mean he had only one term. Much like Bush, whose party held the Presidency, Senate, and House for almost six years, yet NEVER introduce abortion legislation. Hmmmm…So you think Romney is 50/50 for being pro-life, and Obama is all in for being not pro-life. Not sure I see the dilemma for you.
Most people feel the same about Obama. Is that the best the democrats can do?It’s either Obama or nobody for me. I’ll probably decide at the last minute which way I’ll go. Romney will not get my vote and I don’t belive it is a sin to not vote for him. The republicans need to do a better job picking candidates. I can’t believe that this is the best they could do.
And we don’t park our brains at the church door either.Ringil, we are called to bring our faith into all areas of our lives. We don’t park our faith at the church door.
When you are carefully forming your conscience according to the USCCB voter guide, you are an obedient Catholic.I understand where you are coming from on this. Sometimes it’s really hard being an obedient Catholic.![]()
Abyssinia does the work of two people. Give 'em three.
You made an implication that someone said they were fools.I did not say that anyone was a fool. I said that they are NOT fools.
I believe that you are.I am not being sarcastic.
We have to vote for him to win. You suggested that voting was useless.Don’t you think that R/R are going to win? Have you not real confidence in them?
At this point, I think that it doesn’t matter for which candidate you vote. Many posters here on CAF are saying that Romney is going to win by a landslide. As that is likely, voting for Obama won’t make a difference. The leaning towards Obama fencesitters can vote for him without fear of throwing the election into his lap.
That sounds about right. You have about a 60-70% chance of Romney appointing good judges, based on the last 30 years track record. You have exactly a 0% with B.O.
I said I will take him at his word that he supports pro-life issues. The other man does not…and in fact…even supports abortion mills such as planned parenthood. But his word has been all over the place. Which version shall you believe?
