1 Remind them to be submissive to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for any honest work,
Love it … ‘honest’ is the most important word there.

Again, I think you are supporting my argument … thank-you!

Truth & Life RSV-CE

Titus 3:1-2

1 Remind them to be submissive to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for any honest work,
2 to speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show perfect courtesy toward all men.

You guys act like Klingons fighting over the one last piece at the glorious feast 🤣

Anti Abortion - Yes

Support of Interrogative use of torture - No

Support of the prison system - No (Jailed priests with no appeal for permanent release to Vatican officials, immigration prisons, capital punishment supported)

Marriage - No (Gay marriage is legal, and so is divorce)

Military - Yes (intervention(s) in the Middle East where Christians were beheaded)

Cybercrime - No/Yes (tough one, bitcoin is legal and rising during a Papacy with announcements of anti-corruption)

Just a quick analysis…

Not to start off with from the Democrat’s POV. She had good numbers, but her approval was literally cut in half by the time election day arrived.

When she started campaigning in Iowa, she looked like she looked tired, old and distant—like she didn’t even want to be there.

She had to restart her campaign like three times.

The real kicker was she just couldn’t connect with people. I think maybe herself and too many people around her thought she was owed this, mainly because of the “sacrifice” she made to move to AR with Bill instead of being senior partner at a firm in Boston or NY and because of Obama and now it was her turn. People were seriously turned off by that.

The e-mails and her performance as SOS may have ultimately tipped the balance, but she couldn’t connect even a fraction like Bill Clinton could with people.

President Trump gave a terrific speech today about National Security. If you missed it please check it out below. I support him on this because in so doing I am supporting the American people right here in our own country. Is not patriotism a virtue?

First, you assume that those government programs are actually accomplishing something other than training the young to rely on government first. You appear to believe that only government can perform charity that is the rightful domain of the Church.

I think that you forget that the billions poured into the “war on poverty” have only increased poverty.

Methinks you place far, far too much trust in a remote, uncaring unfeeling federal government. A government which has zero moral or legal responsibility toward any individual in this nation.

I worked in government for 31 years, so I am not speaking out of ignorance.

Fully 50% of the USA tolerated the relentless attack on America by a radical, America-hating progressive president.

The shoe is now on the other foot.

I suggest that the left grow up.

Thank-you… love the versus. They don’t provide reason to support trump, but it’s always nice to see some scripture

DO ANY OF YOU HEAR WHAT OUR POPE SAYS ABOUT TRUMP!!!
Enlighten me on the Pope saying not to support Trump? We all know Trump is Trump, and isn’t the perfect man. Let him who is perfect cast the first stone as Jesus said.
As I listen to priest and Immaculate heart radio they all support Pres. Trump
So if our Priest support him and after knowing our Pope is saying what your claiming then our Priest would be on the wrong.
So Yes the Pope has some some things that hec doesn’t agree with the Pres. but as bible reading Catholics we still need to bec there for Our Pres.
I Support Trump without a doubt

Thank-you… love the versus. They don’t provide reason to support trump,
So what does the verses i send you mean.
Romans 13:1-4, 1 Peter 2:13-17, Titus3:1,
According to our Priest, Scott Hahn , Patrick Madrid,
Jesse Romero and others that’s the way Catholics translate it. They translate it to " Support our president, respect and pray for him.
So if your saying it doesn’t mean that, then tell me what it means, for i could tell my Priest?

EWTN IS ANTI TRUMP, ANYONE WATCH!!! YOU KNOW, THE CATHOLIC TV STATION!
Ewtn is anti trump? That’s simply not true. Idk where you got that from.
Does EWTN disagree with some of Trumps decisions and comments? Yes i would say but to say they are Anti Trump is not true.
Howabout you contact ewtn and ask them, I’ve been in touch with them before so you could call and ask them.
You can’t just yell and rage, and then say something that’s not true

It means pray for our elected leaders that God’s will is done.

On policy, I’ll stick with the Church on issues like immigration, equality and putting the person in front of the corporation…

And in general … telling the truth is kind of important and not sexually assaulting women is kind of important too.

Have you read Rerum Novarum? One of the foundation teachings of the Church on social justice?

I wouldn’t have been able to get through college without the Pell Grant program. Taking advantage of that program didn’t spoil me, and it didn’t make me dependent - it was simply the only way to get what I needed at the time.

But that’s just in regard to higher education, which a lot of people treat as disposable when they’re talking about anyone other than themselves. People also need access to food and healthcare, and for those who can’t work (which is the situation for many poor people), there is no other recourse. Sure, there are lazy people who leech of the government. I’m not denying they exist. However, a not-insignificant number of people using government assistance are very young, very old, or very sick. You can’t just rip the rug out from under these people under the guise of lessening their dependence. They’ll be screwed.

Have you read Rerum Novarum?
No i haven’t.
And yes im keeping an eye on the sexual harassment cases. If he did wrong and is impeached i wouldn’t lost sleep over it either.
So your saying its only to pray for the Pres? No my bro that is totally totally Wrong

Wisdom of Solomon 6:1-3

1 1Listen therefore, O kings, and understand;

learn, O judges of the ends of the earth.

2 2Give ear, you that rule over multitudes,

and boast of many nations.

3 3For your dominion was given you from the Lord,

and your sovereignty from the Most High,

who will search out your works and inquire into your plans.

John 19:10-11

10 Pilate therefore said to him, “You will not speak to me? Do you not know that I have power to release you, and power to crucify you?”
11 Jesus answered him, “You would have no power over me unless it had been given you from above; therefore he who delivered me to you has the greater sin.” †
