The point Jones makes is that the rebellious spirit of anti-Christ today is same spirit that was behind the rejection of God incarnate (Jesus Christ) in the New Testament. That rejection of the Logos by the Chosen People (“the Jews”) has translated to historical ideologies and movements that reject the The Logos.
Jones is countering the false idea proposed by the likes of Roy Eckardt and others who assert that the foundation of anti-semitism and the ultimate responsibility for the Holocaust is the New Testament itself.
While it is certainly true that if you search “the Jews” in an online New Testament you will get a multitude of quotes about “the Jews” as a group, including how “the Jews” plotted to kill Jesus Christ and how “the Jews” demanded the death of Jesus Christ, and how “the Jews” crucified Christ, etc. This certainly does not mean the New Testament is “anti-Semitic”.
Jone’s thesis unpacks a spiritual dimension to the rejection of the Logos (The Word made flesh) which has led ti revolutionary movements throughout history.
While you are allowed to speak and criticize “the Chinese” or “the Romans”, “the British”, “the Catholics”, “the Palestinians”, “the Aztecs”, “The Crusades” “The Spanish Inquisition”, etc. you cannot say anything about “The Jews” without being labeled an anti Semite.
Tension between “the Jews” and peoples they encountered after the diaspora can be illustrated with the hatred that exists between the Palestinians and the Jews today, an animosity which has nothing to do with the New Testament, but everything to do with what Anna Baltzer, Mike Peled, Norman Finkelstein and Rabbi David Weiss exposed in the videos posted earlier in this thread.
The automatic besmirching someone as an “anti-Semite” is the product of what Finkelstein describes as the Holocaust Industry, psychological warfare that quashes any criticism in the public forum by using the Holocaust as a bully pulpit. Finkelstein lints to the saturation of Holocaust movies coming from Hollywood to ingrain this in the minds of the masses.
As for “the Jews” in Scripture, the term strings throughout the New Testament. In Revelation, it speaks about people who will call themselves “Jews” but are not actually Jews, (Rev. 3:9, Rev. 2:9) and instead calls them the Synagogue of Satan and liars. Today it is the Orthodox Jews who accuse the Zionists of hijacking Judaism as a facade to claim political regions in the name of Judaism,

The condemnation of Zionism is widespread among Orthodix Jews. For example, read what this Rabbi says
Here is an excerpt from Rabbi Cohen:
The apparent connection between Judaism and Zionism is false. The connection has been nurtured by the Zionists in order to ensnare as many Jews as possible within their net. The very name “Israel” which originally meant what are known as the Children of Israel i.e. the Jewish People was usurped by the Zionists. For this reason many orthodox Jews avoid referring to the Zionist State by the name ’Israel’.
