How God could be omnipresent if He is spiritual?

No, Bahman. You posted a nonsequitur.

Please answer my question.

If I had posed a question that began with “Why”, then it is permissible for you to to respond with “Because”.

But my question began with “What”.

So, again, what’s the canon you use for determining whether one person’s faith is “more true” than another’s?
Just one error is enough to consider a system of belief as wrong. Do you believe that your system of belief is error free?

Satan can enter inside your mind and tempt you. Do you know how he could do that? He can tempt in a way that you think the temptation is yours. That means that they are superior to us because you cannot know that a mental state does belong to you or it is a temptation.
He can not be purely internal, there is always an option to know right/wrong. He has no power he is not given in this world.

God doesn’t need anything. So what is the purpose of worshiping?
I literally answered this in the rest of the post you failed to quote…
Satan can simply put you in stage madnesses. I can tell you this from about my own experience. He just have mercy upon us. Moreover you didn’t answer my question that why God set Satan free?
  1. No he can not “simply” as I said in a post above he has no power he is not given…
I can tell you this from about my own experience.
BAHMAN you say Satan has driven you to madness AND you think you know what you are talking about…ugh GET HELP PLEASE

Why do I keep discussing with someone who admits their demon induced insanity??? clearly I must be a bit insane… eh well it kills time at work 🙂

They simply have no mind. We simply don’t know what is mind.
It is an example of how something could kind of work. No example is accurate other than a thing in and of itself, but we can use examples to give an imperfect idea of how something else works. You seem to have grave difficulty with metaphorical examples, and since I can not bring God to you and say “Here Bahman look here is God, and Angel, and a Saint” the best I can do is draw upon known commodities…

. . . since I can not bring God to you and say “Here Bahman look here is God, and Angel, and a Saint” the best I can do is draw upon known commodities…
You have tried to use ideas and they are insufficient. They do, however, point to the church, the body of Christ. Either one sees the possibility, and follows, or not.

So you are basically are saying that people in the church are receiving revelation and they are prophet?
Some do receive private revelation but I made no mention of prophesy.
But I am not responsible for original sin. So why I should be here suffering?
Because you are of the human race and have participated in the sin of humanity, have you not?
So you are sinless?
By no means, I am constantly at battle with my human weakness but I also have the sacraments and both Communion and Reconciliation keep me give me the graces of becoming more and more His.

He has access into your inside mind. How otherwise he can tempt you? Do you have any idea how he could do that? No. Satan is far superior to us. I know Satan better than you.

Which post?
  1. No he can not “simply” as I said in a post above he has no power he is not given…
You have no idea over spiritual world. Satan is so powerful. He either has mercy upon you or you already mislead.
  1. BAHMAN you say Satan has driven you to madness AND you think you know what you are talking about…ugh GET HELP PLEASE
I don’t need any help because I think that my mind is stronger. Where can I get any help from? God? Why God set Satan free? You have no idea.
Why do I keep discussing with someone who admits their demon induced insanity??? clearly I must be a bit insane… eh well it kills time at work 🙂
I have no idea either!😃

I had a math teacher that is a physicist, he is also Catholic. I fail to see what having a PhD in physics has to do with this.

So, again, what’s the canon you use for determining whether one person’s faith is “more true” than another’s?
Bahman, for the 3rd time, can you please answer?

You need to have the canon for what you measure to determine whether something is true or not?

For example, if someone says that travel to the Vatican requires malaria prophylaxis, you can say, “That is incorrect” and the canon you use to determine this is the CDC.

You can demonstrate that this statement is false by showing them this:

cdc.gov/malaria/map/

That’s the canon.

Now, what’s your canon for determining when a faith is “more true” than another?

(Your response must begin, “The canon I use is…”)

Revelation is always private. Why they don’t declare that they are prophet.
Because you are of the human race and have participated in the sin of humanity, have you not?
Yes, I did sin but I was innocent when I was a kid. So who is fault? God, my parents, my society, etc
By no means, I am constantly at battle with my human weakness but I also have the sacraments and both Communion and Reconciliation keep me give me the graces of becoming more and more His.
How they could help you when you do sin privately?

Just one error is enough to consider a system of belief as wrong.
And what we’re trying to tell you is that these ‘errors’ you perceive are largely a result of a false premise, and/or your inability to look at things in a slightly different way.

You insist on understanding things that the greatest theological minds of our world cannot grasp.

St. Thomas Aquinas, a genius among theologians, was shown a vision of heaven… so overwhelming and hard to grasp was it, that he never wrote again… so aware was he of his own inability to understand that he didn’t dare try. And he was a genius. A Doctor (philosophically) of the Church.

St. Thomas Aquinas could not understand or formulate these things and he was a genius.

So the rest of us shouldn’t expect to.

But this genius also accepted what he couldn’t understand. That’s faith. Informed faith.

So you are basically are saying that people in the church are receiving revelation and they are prophet?
This is a Catholic forum Bahman, all this prophet business sounds very Islamic. You trying to tell us something?
Yppop

“GOD” is in neither time nor space. He is outside of both. This gives him access to all space and time. This is why it is possible to pray for someone who has died centuries before.

I know … crazy right!👍
I think this is the great mystery. It’s almost like trying to explain how an immaterial soul can interact with a physical body. Some even believe that the soul can leave the body even while the body is still alive.

As for the topic of this thread, I think the answer depends on how you define omnipresence. I see nothing wrong with the view that God is aware of everything and that being enough to constitute omnipresence. Awareness does not require physical presence when you’re dealing with a disembodied mind.

And just to preempt any objection that consciousness (or mind) is an illusion if not material or that it can’t coexist, I’d first want to know how you can observe the content of my thoughts as opposed to its chemistry which are just correlates, in my view. Then I’d like to know why does thought or even focused awareness (meditation) effect brain chemistry and even changes it in some cases as shown in neuroplasticity studies. Seems that ‘interactionism’ is plausible or that both mind and brain can influence each other.

I use knowledge, logic and wisdom to determine that a faith is true or not. Moreover a faith is either 100% correct or it is false.

But you can’t determine that unless you also determine if it’s been correctly understood or not.

You do not understand what we’re saying, and you have to do that before you can judge it as correct or not. 🤷
