Al Green said that, I believe
Something like “We must impeach Trump so that he doesn’t win re-election”
Something like “We must impeach Trump so that he doesn’t win re-election”
It isn’t really. There are major issues facing our country here.I don’t see how any of this matters. The bottom line is that this is partison politics.
And they’re being ignored because Democrats can’t accept the results of the 2016 election. There are major issues facing our country
I think it’s the opposite.but Republicans are putting party over the interested of the nation.
He cites a President who arrested and jailed journalists (without being impeached) as a model of “public trust”ARTICLE: " There is no question that history will record the Trump era as a time during which the president of the United States (to recall the words of John Adams) “insidiously betray’d [and] wantonly trifled away” the public trust"
A 5 year old gets over not getting ice cream after a 15 minute temper tantrumAnd they’re being ignored because Democrats can’t accept the results of the 2016 election.
Neither party has much respect at all for our Constitution which is why I have no respect for either party.Democrats are risking electoral blow-back, but Republicans are putting party over the interested of the nation.
Sounds like Lincoln. He cites a President who arrested and jailed journalists
Not at all. Trump’s abuse of power is the major issue. And they’re being ignored because Democrats can’t accept the results of the 2016 election.
Tell us @ProVobis, what did you think of the cheering and jubilation from Democrats after the result of the impeachment vote? Is it still a problem that i will be happy for a Senate vote that i agree with?No doubt you will be cheering
Only for 1 year, then the House stays Democrat, the Senate goes Democrat and whoever the Dems nominate becomes president when Republican voters reject republicans who vote to remove or at the very least not show up to vote.I hope that the Senate realizes that Trump being convicted gives us President Pence. Not Hillary Clinton.
Nice, quiet, decent Pence.
That’s not what Democrats say about him.Nice, quiet, decent Pence.
Like Matt Gaetz?Personally, I’m more concerned about seats in Congress being treated as hereditary titles of nobility, to be passed on to a late Congressman’s nearest relative.
What is so sick about this letter?Read: Trump letter to Pelosi on impeachment | Fox News
This powerful well written letter from President Trump is IMO a last ditch effort to get the the Democratic Party to quell the hatred they have incited in about half of all Americans. If they don’t back down then the impeachment will be a catch 22…violence…civil unrest. Terrifyingly…the perfect storm.
Few people want to say this because it is horrible.
Matt never held his father’s Florida Senate seat, though he did contemplate running for it before deciding to go to the US Congress, but to answer the hypothetical, if Don Gaetz had died in office and the governor appointed Matt to fill his seat, I would find that troubling, but since it didn’t /shrugLike Matt Gaetz?
7th grade civics to the rescue = State Congress different than Federal CongressLike Matt Gaetz?
…seems the way Dems are going.Poor Dems have no way out
