Would you show me where in that article where:
the vatican has stated that the first 7 days of the apparitions are authentic).
I did not see a link to a Vatican document.

The article seems to state the opposite of what you claim (bold mine)

Archbishop Hoser also met Bishop Ratko Perić of Mostar-Duvno, whose diocese includes Medjugorje. In a statement two weeks after the archbishop’s appointment, Bishop Perić affirmed his belief that nothing supernatural had occurred at Medjugorje: “Taking into account all that was examined and studied by this diocesan curia, including the study of the first seven days of the presumed apparitions, one can calmly affirm: the Virgin Mary has not appeared in Medjugorje.”

Nope. The Pope said the first 7 days need more investigation.

He never condemned these.

The Pope also said of current apparitions, that his opinion was not favourable, but that he would send a papal envoy bishop there, before he makes judgement.
This papal envoy bishop is currently in Medjugorje for the unforseen future.

Let us await whatever the church will decide, and make final judgement, which Pope francis said would happen after the papal envoy’s visits.

The Pope said judgement will be passed after the papal envoy’s visits.

Don’t make judgement before the pope has.

Even the Vatican has said the ban on Medjugorje is currently removed.

None of us are the Pope/ Vatican.

We await their decision. (Which Pope Francis promised will happen after the Papal Envoy’s visits are completed).

Let us await Pope Francis final judgement which he said would follow after the papal Envoy’s visits are completed.

The competent authority to judge the authenticity of apparitions is the local ordinary. The past two local ordinaries or Medugorje have judged the apparitions as not authentic. Considering that the apparitions are being investigated, until the Pope himself makes a definitive judgment/statement on their authenticity, the initial judgment of the local ordinary stands.

The Vatican’s Papal envoy to Medjugorje has said; the local bishop’s standing on medjugorje is no longer relevant, because it is visited internationally, and was handed over to two Vatican commissions for Rome to make judgement on.

Further: Padre Pio’s bishop never accepted Padre Pio during his lifetime. And now Padre Pio is a saint.
The Vatican investigated Padre Pio, there was a time they banned him from saying masses or visiting his spiritual director even.

Do you have a Vatican document that states this? Not a blog article, or some newspaper, the Vatican publishes all of their documents online.

That’s very different from “The Vatican and Pope have said they believe the first 7 days of the Apparitions are authentic,” which is what you claimed further above.

St Pio was humble and obedient to his superiors. When they asked him to stop saying masses, he stopped. This is a sign of holiness.

In terms of judging the authenticity of the apparitions, the Papal Convoy has not authority. The judgment of the bishops still stands until the Pope makes a judgment.

The personal holiness or piety or anything else of a bishop really doesn’t matter, becuase he is the one who had the authority and grace to judge it and no one else.

Medjugorje - A True Confession Spirituality
THIS CAN BE A TOUCHY SUBJECT. PLEASE BE CHARITABLE IN YOUR RESPONSES TO EACH OTHER OR I WILL REQUEST THE THREAD BE CLOSED! THANK YOU FOR COOPERATING. In November 1980 to February of 1983 I was in a convent in Hercegovina right near the site of Medjugorje. In fact, the sisters from my order served the parish of St. James. I had been skeptical in the early going, then was leaning towards authenticity when I was cranking out 14,000 hosts personally for a three day period. And, watching confession…
I was unable to edit my last post. Here is the link to ‘Medjugorje:A True Confession’.Yes, it’s old. But it’s still quite relevant.

The Pope told journalists during his last interview about Medjugorje, ‘We are very close to a decision.’ (He said the first 7 days of apparitions need further investigation, said his sceptism of current apparitions is just his personal oppinion, not the Vatican’s decision, that they are close to a decision which will be pronounced after he sends a Papal envoy bishop to Medjugorje.

We are all awaiting this judgement which the Pope promised above. The Papal Envoy is currently on his second visit to Medjugorje. So yes the Vatican will be coming out with a judgement on Medjugorje because the Pope said so.

Also there are possessed people in medj I saw a woman barking on all fours and calling the Virgin Mary all kinds of horrible names the priest took her further Down the mountain so I didn’t see what happened but she looked quite scary also I saw another possession in walsingham this one looked even more scary I was quite far behind as there was a big crowd of onlookers but someone who was closer told me that she jumped really high higher than anyone could jump and her face was all distorted the priests where praying and blowing around that smokey thing on a chain and the preists and some other people took her somewhere I saw her as they where taking her away she was screaming I was told that when people are possessed and are near something holy the evil can’t contain itself so if there wasn’t something holy in medj then why do u see possessed people there

Sadly, religious pilgrimage sites tend to also attract those with psychiatric issues. 😦

I agree with your assessment. I was a little suspicious of Medjugorje to begin with because of the sheer number of apparitions, but Vicka’s explanation (about dropping baby Jesus) was too much.

And Akita.

South Korean pilgrimage has also been approved for the martyrs there.
