Well, clearly there was no voter fraud and everything is peachy hunky dory, so it doesn’t matter how popular the populist style becomes; the Right and True Heroes of Rightness and Light and Justice and Good Feels will vote those mean old populists out. And I don’t think the U.S. is that influential anymore. We managed to go 4 years without getting into a useless, protracted war somewhere, so maybe that’s a sign of things to come.

Honestly, the more I think about it, the more attractive anarchy sounds. If the votes truly don’t matter anymore, there’s not a lot of point to propping up the rotted skeleton of what our country used to be. Let it burn.

Am I allowed to say the same with any decision from a court that I disagree with? May I call them cowards and Trump appointees because I didn’t like it?
Is it possible that they just didn’t agree with the plaintiff’s case and lack of evidence? Do you even know if it was an Obama appointee? If an Obama appointee judges in favor of Trump in some future case, should we disallow it because…Obama?
You do realize that in-spite of who appointed them, most judges try to be as fair and balanced as possible and follow the law…not who appointed them!

I remember Barack Obama got into the Senate by getting his opponent disqualified for signatures that didn’t match on his paperwork and claiming voter fraud.
The 6:31 am vote dump in MI, and 3:42 am dump in WI with 96% of votes in both WI and MI going to Biden and to put him over the top within 2 1/2 hrs in both states is just really something else especially considering I don’t think he won a county in WI or MI by even close to 96% or even 75%. Same in PA, with Trump up by approx. 650k votes, 1 mil outstanding…vote counting stopped and Biden won +/- 90% of those 1 mil outstanding votes when he didn’t win a County in PA by more than I believe +|-80%.
Just a small sample of the craziness and questions with some numbers, not including other issues.

So . . . your complaint is based on the order in which the votes were counted?
This was known to be a likely issue before election day, due to the high volume of mail in votes and compounded by Trump explicitly telling his supporters not to vote by mail.
From AUGUST 28:
"Democrats are much likelier than Republicans to say they will vote by mail — which makes sense given that Democrats also tend to be more supportive of mail voting. (By contrast, the Republican standard bearer, President Trump, has repeatedly and inaccurately assailed mail voting as ripe for fraud.)

If this holds, it would mean votes cast on Election Day would skew heavily toward Trump, and votes cast by mail would skew heavily toward Biden. This has serious implications for … well, democracy.

First, Trump could argue the mail ballots (which, remember, could account for most of Biden’s votes) were fraudulent and thus should not be counted. Although it’s unlikely they’d actually be thrown out, this would damage the credibility of the election in the eyes of many Trump supporters. Second, it could mean the first votes counted on election night will be disproportionately good for Trump, who might claim victory based on incomplete returns. It might not be until days later, after a good chunk of the Democratic-leaning mail vote is counted, that Biden pulls ahead."

What I stated is clear, and not necessarily what you claim. With that said however there should be no reason why millions of votes in a state can’t be counted timely when American Idol can count millions more in an hour. I’ve never seen a US election where the counting just stopped at 9 pm and only in the all so important swing states.

Of course there is a reason. Anyone can vote on a TV show, multiple times, except those who can’t for that hour. Democracy is different.

Not necessarily, there is typically voting limits on TV shows and you aren’t allowed to vote after so many votes, your votes won’t go through. Do you know of any other US Presidential election where swing states stopped counting at 9 pm on election night?

In 2016 and in elections prior to the 2020 Presidential one, mail in ballots were rejected in GA at a 6.25% rate, same in states like WI, PA, MI and NV. In GA the rejection rate was 0% in this 2020 US Presidential election. Again 0%. If the rejection rate was half say 3.25% which makes much more sense than Trump would have won GA and the same in WI, PA, MI and NV if ballot rejection rates were just HALF from 2016 and other elections. In Forsyth County, GA Biden overperformed Obama’s 2012 performance by 186.4%. That performance in that county with a total registered population of 172k singularly delivered Georgia to Biden.
States mailed out ballots automatically, without them being requested. They legally need to be requested in most states. Those ballots were not rejected and under the law should have been. Here in MA for example I received 8 mail in ballots in my name and never requested 1! Of course I didn’t fill any of them out but I still have them and the bar code on the bottom is different on all of them but my names is not.
IF Biden was on the up and up (don’t believe he was) you’d have to believe and say that racists and sexists while liberals didn’t show up to vote for Obama and Clinton but decided 2020 was the year to show up to defeat Trump. Even if you give a 10 to 15 % advantage in that segment which is extremely high, Trump would still have won the Presidency. This isn’t just a huge yet statistically possible jump, we are talking about a 40 point jump over Obamas 2012 performance, well above any statistically likely outcome.
