Bishops aren’t economic or constitutional experts. Our constitution does not allow the Federal government to do what it does. You should at least be happy that those unconstitutional programs even exist at the Federal level.MORAL CRITERIA FOR GOVERNMENT BUDGETARY DECISIONS.
