That’s like asking, if the Catholic Church is such a great Church, how come it has such a stupid member such as estesbob?
Just a word of warning since your are new. You can get suspended for calling other members stupid

Except the Catholic Church does not provide an education in the sense that a college does.

The educational background of Sarah Palin at North Idaho community college and of her husband who managed to graduate from high school, compare rather unfavorably with the Harvard Law school education of Barack Obama and the Princeton education of Michelle Obama.
The dude didn’t even go to college. WOW, I didn’t know that!

I’m not a fan of Pallin, but I am voting NObama in the upcoming election. So if she was the republican nominee against Obama, I’d definitely vote for her in a heartbeat.
WHOA Debra, I didn’t mark you as someone who would vote for Palin! Surprising!

WOW! …um…why does it matter? What are the duties of the first-husband or first-lady, in Obama’s case? How would a college degree or lack of one have an impact on their duties?

🤷 Why?

I mean I’m not a huge fan of her or anything… she had great potential but I think she ended up making quite a fool of herself unnecessarily.

Nonetheless, I’d vote her over Obama for sure.

I had no intention of coming back on CA tonight, but this elitist snobbery is sickening. Not everyone is born into wealth, and some people like Obama may not be stupid, but they get an F in common sense. As for smarts, as long as you must be snooty, I guarantee you that if BHO's teleprompter crashed during his convention speech, he'd have sounded like a babbling idiot. Gov. Palin's DID, and she didn't miss a beat. How do I know that Obama couldn't do it? His prompter HAS malfunctioned during minor talks, and he turned into a sputtering, stammering empty shell. Rob

Whatever grades Obama received from Harvard are not a matter of public record. In an age of college affirmative action and racial quotas, actually seeing that a person is up to grade is worth something too.

You post quite a bit about issues of supposed “reverse” racism. . . . .

Yep. All of the lefties swooned over Bush’s Yale and Harvard degrees. They considered him an intellectual who was more qualified than Gore. Oh wait, Gore had an Ivy League degree, as well. His grades just weren’t as good, so he was only slightly less superior…

You post quite a bit about issues of supposed “reverse” racism. . . . .
I have not once used the term reverse racism.
I have noted once or twice though, the iinsidious effects that liberal racism has had now that it is being institutionalized more and more under teh guise of identity politics.

If Obama has not demonstrated himself as being so pathetically incompetent on so many levels, nobody would be questioning if it is Harvard itself that has watered down its standards.

And it is not reverse racism. It is the same old racism that liberals engage in, supposing that race is a reason to hold some people to higher standards and others to lower ones.

Obama graduated from Columbia University (to which he transferred after his first two years at Occidental College in California), with a degree in Political Science without honors, so he had a GPA less than a 3.3.
You can’t get into certain programs at Oklahoma University with that kind of GPA.

Exactly I came by my stupidity with no help at all from the CatholicChurch!
:blessyou:
Note-I am not famous for posting at this time of night. 🙂 I credit my stupidity to my submission to the Lord and His One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church.
