Am honestly surpised by how good Romney was in the debate. Amazing
I am honestly surprised how poor our choices are. Romney said that the US is the hope of the world, funny I always thought the hope of the world is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I guess Mormons think differently.

Chris Wallace’s analysis places Romney as the winner. He said an alien descending to Earth would think Romney was the President, not Obama, noting that Romney painted the bigger picture of a world view (or words to that effect). I agree with CW - Romney came out looking more presidential looking than Obama. Obama looked tired, repeated his talking points constantly, and struggled at times like he did in Debate #1. Obama also put forth some weird un-presidential faces that were reminiscent of Joe Biden. Maybe even worse. Britt Hume said Obama had this look of just wanting to pounce on Romney, versus putting forth effective arguments touting his own agenda.

Romney wins the debate.

I thought Romney missed one easy opportunity to paint the President as an amateur in foreign policy on the situation of Russia and sanctions against Iran.

It is widely known that, but for Russian and China, the sanctions against Iran could have been stronger. OK, I still commend the President for getting it done, but I think any fair critic realizes that they could have been more effective.

Now, lets look at Russia. Not long into his term, Obama pulled out of the missile defense shield in Poland, to the great surprise of many, not the least of which was Poland. This made Russia very happy of course. What I would have liked to seen Obama do at the time, was use that as a carrot to get Russia to sign on to stronger sanctions against Iran, which he did not do. Essentially, we gave that missile defense program away for nothing, when a smarter political operator would have gotten something out of that.

That is one example, I am sure there are others, and I am sure that there are opportunities that the President could have taken as well.

Fox News in the tank for Romney. Thats a shocker.

Romney looked tired during the debate, like Obama did in the first debate.

Romney basically agreed with all of the President’s foreign policy positions.

Obviously the next few weeks will see some serious campaigning by both candidates, but I think President Obama sealed the deal tonight.

I saw his commentary, I thought the same thing in all three of the debates.

.

He should have pounded on the apology tour, his criticism of US foreign policy in the very countries where the al Qaeda Flag was raised over our embassies.

I thought Romney played too safe. He went for the clinch when he had him reeling.

Great job by Sheefer in moderating.

Looks like Obama ate his Wheaties this morning! 👍
Then he must have smoked something funny after his Wheaties, given his small ball weak debate performance tonight.

Charles Krauthammer called it an “unequivocal Romney win”. I agree.
