Views on what? National security? The economy? Life issues? Social issues?
If you were voting for Parish Priest, Mitt Romney’s religious affiliation would be relevant. You aren’t and it’s not. While his faith informs him you cannot know his heart, what he believes or doesn’t believe. What you can observe is the way he’s lived his life. He has consistently been a servant, to his family, to his country, and to God. Would we have more such individuals in our government I think it would be far less corrupt, wasteful, and anti religion as it is now.
Your prejudice against a particular faith seems to be the over riding principle in your decision. That sounds not only bigoted but in opposition to the specific prohibition AGAINST a religious test in our government.
While I wasn’t Catholic at the time, apparently the same things were said of JFK. It was wrong then and it is wrong now. But hey you’re right, it is your right to vote for whomever you wish.
