It is not silly to pray for a dog! And I think that it is wonderful to think that this woman may be able to find faith through your friendship. I have put them both on my prayer list.
 
Please pray for my marriage - that my husband will call home today and will come home soon.
 
Just wanted to offer my prayers for the petitions here and ask that we say a prayer for my cousin whoes son has died and for my boss whos son has died and for all the marines who lost their lives in Iraq. Lord please have mercy on their souls and keep the families of these lost boys in your heart. I ask in the name of the Father Son and Holy Spirit amen.

Prayers for the Repose of the soul of Susan Torres and continued prayers for her baby girl…that she will not develope the cancer which took her mothers life.
Dr. Christopher McManus, who coordinated care for Susan Torres, put the infant’s chances of developing cancer at less than 25 percent. He said 19 women who have had the same aggressive form of melanoma as Torres have given birth, and five of their babies contracted the disease.

McManus said there were no signs the cancer had crossed the placenta, which would greatly increase the baby’s risk for the disease. McManus said the placenta itself is being examined for any evidence of cancer.

Please pray for my family…we have 9 children all @ home,25 to 5…
my husband left our home on 4/18 .Please pray for his return.
thru the intercession of Blessed Husband & WIfe Luigi and Maria Quattrocchi.

Please pray for my sister Maria, who is in hospital. They found a secondary cancer, but after two weeks of tests still cannot locate the primary cancer.

Also, please pray for her loving husband, Pat, who is suffering with his wife.
 
For the families and Troops of the Scouters who were killed at the National Jamboree, that they might find comfort in God’s healing embrace.

For all Scouts as they return home that they might return safely.

That the friendships made at the Jamboree will continue and be strengthened by God’s love.
 
Please pray for one of the posters here. I can’t give her name without her permission, but I can say that her husband is treating her horribly(it sounds as if he is verbally abusive). She cries every day… My heart breaks for her…
 
Please pray for me, as I have a very important exam resit in a few weeks and I’m finding it impossible to study. Failure is simply not an option…God bless you
 
My cousin Linda came through her surgery very well. She is very sore, but recuperating well.The doctor said that the surgery went better than expected.
Linda will have to have colonoscopies every 6 months for the rest of her life, but the prognosos is now very good, since the tumor was removed.
Thank you to all who prayed. I know that prayer made an enormous difference in this.
I am praying for all who post here, as usual.

I fast & pray every friday night for the Catholic Church especially for priests.I’m wondering if anyone would like to join me. You can do this wherever u are… give up the night meal & spend an hour in prayer for priests, nuns, catholic lay leaders & families.
 
For Tom O. and his family. Tom is in the last stages of cancer. Has only another couple of weeks at most.

For Kathy, who is depressed and has been out of work for 18 months.

For Ann, who needs to sell her house asap! It’s been on the market for months and her new retirement home situation depends on the sale.

Please pray for my brother who continues to struggle with mental illness and thoughts of suicide.

I would appreciate your prayers. I cannot go into a lot of detail, but basicaly, I am being attacked (verbal abuse, harassing emails) by some fundamentalist acquaintances who have taken it upon them selves to try to “save” me. (Yeah, I know…).
Anyhow, they are becoming abusive, & it is really stressing me out. I had confided personal things to these people, & they are using them as a weapon against me.
Please pray that our Lord & our Lady will give me the strength I need to face this.
Also for health issues…

Dear Zooey, I will keep you in my prayers, I am so sorry you are going through this. (I missed your sense of humor yesterday). May our Lord love you and our Lady keep you. (pray for them too Zooey, somehow I am sure you probably already do, but I will too)

Summa, no problem, we already pray for vocations to the Priesthood daily, so here’s to hoping you are one of them. 👍
 
Marie, Yes, and for Susan’s husband and family,
–and Joan, will do, I will ask the Blessed Mother’s and Saints intercession too,
–and Mary, if you and your children aren’t already praying the rosary together, do it now, and contact all of the people that you know that pray daily(especially Nuns and Priests, Brothers, etc…all that you can think of.)and of course the Blessed Mother’s and all the Saints and Angels intercession on his behalf.
–wookie, I will pray but you have to do your part too-so study(otherwise it may be impossible to pass too.)
–for JDels’ brother, for Kathy, Ann and Tom, for all here, I will keep praying
–fasting and prayer is already offered here and prayers of thankfulness for so many wonderful Priests of God and his Sisters that are such great intercessors before the Blessed Sacrament daily, and Brothers, Monks, etc…God love them all(and Mary keep them) and us.
