The political left loved Russia when they were atheistic, communistic and globalistic. When Russia was a blood thirsty dictatorship hell bent on slaughtering tens of millions of its own citizens, the political left had nothing but good things to say about Russia.

But now that Russia is Christian and Nationalistic? Russia is the ultimate enemy to the political left, which tells you everything you need to know about the political left.
That is sooooo True and “Funny”

The Left? Pro-SOVIET COMMUNISM… Is so AntiChristian, they must be in cahoots with Satan?

They Loved the Left who tried so hard several times to GLOM Christian Russia.
And came sooooooooooo Close… But, No Cigar…

LIARS!

Russia has had, throughout the last 1000 years of its imperialism, two ultimate goals:
To be accepted as part of Europe, and a warm water port.

The latter it achieves only through military adventuring. The former will never happen.

A point many Russian Orthodox believers like my wife and brother-in-law are sadly becoming all to aware off and they are sorely disappointed at this point in the way many of the ROC’s Church leadership has chosen to behave and had hoped to avoid this movement of the ROC towards whoever was in power again.

The history of the ROC is hardly a secret. It was co-opted by Ivan the Terrible, and became a ministry of the Russian government under Peter the Great. I think some supporters of Putin might not like the Catholic Church quite so much if it were treated that way by any Western government. If some Catholics don’t like the Vatican’s arrangement with China, they sure wouldn’t like the Catholic Church working essentially as an organ of any national government, subservient in every way to its political masters. Not even the Roman and Byzantine Emperors imposed the amount of control on the Church that the Kremlin imposes on the ROC.

Russia has had, throughout the last
… .several centuries - been attacked by AntiChristians - attempting to Glom it and destroy its Church
napoleon bonaparte - EPIC FAIL
adolf Hitler - MultiMIllions of dead Russian Christians - yet? - EPIC FAIL
The AntiChristian Bolsheviks had some success - Major Destruction of Churches, Priests and Russian Christians to the tune of many more mIllions… Introduced Abortion and Atheism. .
Circa 1990 - End of Communism - circa 2000 - Putin arrests Criminal Oligarchs - West goes bonkers
Putin praises God - Makes Laws against Sodomites … and the West Goes Crazy
Which Groups Don’t Like Putin Today? _ The Globalites… The Pro-Sodomites… for starters. .

And yet Russia still can’t get itself invited to the club.

It’s not anti-Christians who reject the Soviet imperialists. It’s the free world.

That is why watching the so-called news amounts to observation only. The co-opting of the media has been completed. Attempts to program the population will fail.

The mainstream media is best described as sloganeering followed by YouTube style video.

Short, abridged discussions are sometimes more easily digested by modern man. Who has the time to read all the great historical works such as:

A Study of History by A. Toynbee

The Age of Revolution 1789 – 1848 by Eric Hobsbawm

Decline and Fall of the Roman empire by E. Gibbon

The inheritance of Rome by chris Wickham

Democracy in America by A. Tocqueville

The Origins of the Second World War by A. Taylor

A good start.
Yes, it is only a start. Sorry to have left out so many good works:
The Crimean War by O. Figes
Sevastopol’s wars by M. Melvin
Black Lamb and Grey Falcon by Rebecca West
The Apocryphal gospels (maybe not history, but gives some clues as to what others thought).
How the Irish Saved Civilization, T. Cahill.
etc.

Yes, the Russian People as a whole have been electing Putin, Medvedev. . . .

What do we have now?

We have a few generations of millions of long suffering people in the graves, and a new generation who - no doubts, - needs spiritual revival, but Putinism is not right answer.

However - none of that IMO Ad-Hominem-izing

Takes the SpotLight away from

All Nations who have Legalized SODOMY (along with ABORTION) …

All who do not oppose those Abominations - still have to face JESUS at Judgement…

It is well known that Putin SAYS he is a Christian. His actions say something different.
Funny enough, Putin’s actions have him be more of a Christian than self proclaimed Catholics in the US (Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, etc) who openly support the sodomy community and abortionists. Unless the Easterners aren’t Christian because they aren’t Catholic, which is a bannable offense here last I checked.

Putin has commited other sins that are of similar gravity.
