No H bomb - way to messy. I like your gas chamber idea, though!
That was the Old Testament. There is the spiritual evil also.

Thanks for your support, Amy. The only reason why Scott’s a sociopath is because he is infested with so many legions of demons within. I thought California had the most determination to get death sessions done quick. And let’s not forget the taxpayer’s money.
There are currently 630 death row inmates in California… 615 men 15 women… Since 1977, 10 inmates, all male, have been put to death in California. It is something diffenitley we don’t rush to in this state.

Here is all the statistics:

Not if they were bribed or persuaded. Money talks in today’s corruption.
You really think you could bribe the Supreme Court?

And if you could, what would the effect on American Justice be? Corporations and wealthy people could get perfectly innocent people arrested and convicted at will – and executed, too.

I am seriously wondering if I should quit my job because I work for a District Attorney’s office as a Victim’s Advocate. We prosecute cases that are capital crimes. I have worked with victim’s families in these cases. Maybe I am part of the process too?
You are performing the corporal and spiritual works of mercy and there can be no higher calling in the secular world. Criminals have lawyers, laws and all kinds of “civil reformers” - victims are silent, under the earth. Most families not being acquainted with either the justice system and how it works, or being a victim or family to one, are totally vulnerable without someone like you to aid, assist and comfort.

I salute you - you are IMHO a hospice worker for the living. God bless you for your work.

Better still, build an American death camp (ala Auschwitz) send all the killers to the gas chambers, disguised as shower rooms Even better, why not collt all the killers, and like I said, gather them all together in one spot, and drop a H bomb on them
Won’t work; Thermal heat waves and fallout.

In reference to the H bomb.

Don’t forget the EM pulse, every computer/electronic device within miles will be fried.

Oh then I can’t get my email. That’s no good - we’ll have to come up with something better.

How about throwing them into the sun?
Now that sounds good - but if they are hefty people, I don’t think even with help I could manage anyone much over 150 lbs. - we’d have to get catapult or something - now do we drug them first or let them just go as they are?

But what if the death row places run out of money to function any longer?

Yet another reason to outlaw death. In fact, there had been cases of innocet people framed for such muders and getting earmarked for death.

That’s a classic liberal argument.

Let me point out that death penalty justice is the BEST justice we have – death penalty defendants have special rights and protections other accused people do not have (such as automatic appeals, 100% jury agreement on sentence, and so on.)

IF we are wrongfully convicting people in death penalty cases, how many are we wrongfully convicting for drug sales, burglary, and so on?

Therefore, IF your argument is correct, then the Emperor has no clothes – our system of justice is in a complete shambles. And ending the death penalty won’t fix THAT.

So why aren’t the people who oppose the death penalty campaigning for a complete revamp of our criminal justice system?

Can it be because they don’t believe their own arguments?

Thank you very much… I really enjoy helping people and I feel I am blessed to be able to do my job…

I don’t completely understand what you mean… Death row is in prisons. To you mean to carry out the act? Or the people who try and help death row inmates?

I agree, let’s outlaw death! Call you congressman right now and have them sponsor a bill making it illegal to die…ever.

It’s a metter of viewpoint. I didn’t say The Holy Ghost was pressured, but the church itself. The last thing me and my family want is to say herasy. Or words to that effect.
But, in an Eccumenical Council, it is the Words of the Holy Spirit that are recorded.

The Church CANNOT be pressured to speak incorrectly on a matter of faith or morals.

Trent, like all Councils and Papal Decrees on Faith and Morals, are 100% Holy Spirit.

Trent’s statement on Capital Punishment, is, was and always shall be, the Teaching of the Church.

Has anyone noticed that the unborn baby has been talked about as “Connor”? That was done all through the trial. It may be that having a man put to death for causing the death of a Foetus will have repercussions later, i.e., that the unborn WAS a living human being!

He’ll be executed for killing Laci, not Connor. The charges were First Degree Murder for Laci, Second Degree for Connor.

But, yes – the pro-abortionists were up in arms at the outset, demanding he NOT be charged with the murder of Connor. They see what you see – if it’s murder to kill Connor, it’s murder to kill any unborn child.

There may be more than one way in matters of justice. But no-one wants to try. 😦
