Your numbers are horribly wrong. I have no idea where you came up with such a tiny number.
State of Texas. They keep records on that sort of thing. If you doubt it, go look it up yourself. It’s correct, for the year cited.

Not that except for weapons offenses, CHL holders are less than half as likely to commit crimes as the average Texan. Which is not surprising, since they are screened before the license is given. What’s alarming is the number who get through the screening.
The point is, CHL holders are committing crimes that expose others to gunshot injuries at a rate much, much higher than intruders shooting students in a public school. So, again, we see that the “protection” is more dangerous than the hazard for which the “protection” is being touted. It’s not about protecting the kids.
BTW, the NRA is lobbying the legislature to hide the CHL crime figures from the public. So they’ve already admitted that the record is not a good thing for their agenda.
