Cuomo is very popular here in NY and I am thankful for his leadership.

Yes, you said that for some time, the ship was for non-covid patients, then that changed.

In the meantime, nursing homes had been begging for relief and help. Why did it take so long to allow covid patients to be treated on the ship?

That ship is managed by the USA Navy, not the state or city of New York. It looks that you are trying to have a discussion on something that is off topic. If you’d like to know more on why the ship did not allow Covid-19 patients, the 49 other conditions that made someone ineligible for entry, the screening process for entering the ship, or how the ship was managed, that information is widely available.
 
They opened it up for Covid patients after Cuomo asked them to. I think the question was why did it take him so long to ask.

The democrats have failed at everything in their attempts to destroy the
President. This is their latest argument that the democrat party will jump on the
bandwagon with.

I’ll give you 84311 facts…the unnecessary deaths (and those that continue to mount) from his lack of focus on the virus, and his preoccupation with the economy.
 
Boy, are you ever over reaching. Lack of focus!!! The pandemic is a big enough crisis - our economy collapsing would be one crisis on top of another. There are
businesses that are going to try to pull through this, but they aren’t going to make
it. Restaurants cannot seat at full capacity. There goes the lunch hour and dinner hour or breakfast hour. Some department stores already filing for bankruptcy.
What kind of bubble are you living in anyway? You better wake up and smell
the coffee! President Trump has the pandemic, the economy and a thousand or
more other things to focus on to try to get our country through this.

Still waiting for how he failed each individual state.
