I hoped you had noticed I did not blame the pastor solely.If you want to blame the pastor go right ahead. And I will continue to blame the mullahs and the people that actually did the killing.What I don’t want to see happen is for us to allow their barbarity to influence our laws and restrict our freedoms.
We are bound by ‘man’s laws’, according to where we live. As Christians, we are also bound by a greater calling. For example, our laws allow for abortions to take place, but our calling as Christians tells us we cannot participate in such a law. We should not fall back on ‘man’s laws’ to justify the killing of innocents, at home or abroad. Do we, as Christians, lose personally because of the laws on abortion? Not if we do not support, or participate. Do we as Christians lose, in God’s eye, if we do not support, or participate, in desecrating something considered sacred by another faith, knowing that innocent lives could be at risk for the action?
