Would it be wrong if someone did a walk by splashing of Holy Water on the Black Mass attendees? Would that desecrate their desecrations? šŸ˜›
oohh good ideaā€¦desecrating means de sacred. black masses arent sacred to begin with so you cant ā€œde sacredā€ them.

Or if a group of people who appeared as interested attendees busted out their Rosaries and began praying them during the re-enactment? šŸ˜ƒ

Or in all the buildings surrounding the black mass, real masses were held in warfare against the perversion. In St. Paul Street Evangelization set up in front of Harvard? What if 40 days for life sent in a special ops group, not in front of an abortion clinic but in front of this event. Hehe now I wanna put this in action. All fo these things could happen at once and the storm message would be clear. Dont mess with Godā€™s Church. šŸ˜ƒ

I would humbly suggest that their next event be a hosting of ā€œPortraits of Mohammedā€ exhibit.

Here is another article about this atrocity from Catholic News Agency in which the Satanist group calls the Catholic outcry ā€œparanoidā€ and ā€œintolerantā€.

In my own personal opinion, I think it is totally justified to be intolerant of an atrocity like this. They are desecrating the Most Holy Eucharist which is literally Jesus Christ hidden under the mere appearances of bread and wine. They are also putting their souls in serious danger whether they realize it or not.

That said, I do think we should pray for them and I have started a prayer thread for them. We need to show them Christian love. We also need to make acts of reparation for this heinous act. Let us all pray for their conversion to the Catholic Church.

Hereā€™s the prayer thread I created. Feel free to pray for their conversion to Catholicism, for their protection from demons, and also to make acts of reparation in the thread:

Since this is a Harvard ā€˜educational and informational event,ā€™ perhaps the sponsors could invite Satan himself to attend and answer questions.

Or maybe heā€™ll just show up of his own accord.

How much is the annual tuition at Harvard?
 :rotfl:
Regardless of this being being a reenactment of ā€˜black massā€™ these people are playing with fire & are certainly inviting the evil one to be present through their actions. I would stay far far away from anything like this.

Anyone wonder why Satanists would never defile a Muslim prayer service, or use Mormon bread and water for their Black Masses? Because they know the truth. They know the Catholic Church is true and that the host really is Jesus. This is just affirmation of that for me.

However I have to wonder, if a human knew that demons (and therefore God) were real, why work for the bad side?!
Yes, also my thoughts too.

Satanists use black masses to help people wash away formal beliefs, to mock religion, ecgt. See a satanist admit it:

This video creeps me out but you see the ideaā€¦satanists want to get Harvard Catholics to either revolt against christ or be mocked for standing with God. I detest watching videos of satanists but this made me realize just how much is at stake.

Satanism basically seems in combat with the Catholic Church. Note, one can watch the Omen or the Exorcist movies or what is it? Emily Rose, the movie based on the German girl and the enemy of Satan is usually the Catholic Church. The imagery or prayers are usually from the Catholic Church. The Satanic Church has always seemed a bit underground to me, people wondering what it is? Pentagrams and Goats heads. Even their ceremony is called a Mass. Maybe in some odd way, rather than spreading Satanism, perhaps thinking minds might try to contemplate exactly what is going on. And yes, they could conjure up spirits just the same way, Ouija boards were a no-no in our house.

OK lets look at what the Church has to say about itselfā€¦we will let them speak for themselvesā€¦

There is nothing okay about this. They might not believe in anything, but my own experiences are more than enough for me to know that this is inviting evil. Best case scenario - this is offensive. Worst case scenario - people find themselves with demonic attachments. Do not play with the occult.
Yes, I agree. Have nothing to do with evil. The occult is something we are warned in the Catechism to stay clear of.

Iā€™m sticking to Jesus, He is the Light, He arose from the dead, satan didnā€™t, he has those that follow him waiting on a lake of fire 24/7ā€¦I love Jesus !

Iā€™m still curious when they had their Catholic Mass. Where is the equality?

We are the eyes, ears, and heart of Jesus, we are the Body of Christ.

Are we flocking to adoration, standing room only, to pray for our enemies and renew the Church?
I for one want this and pray for this weekly when I go to Adoration- the best part of the week other than Mass!!! I encourage all to go at least once a week- so wonderful and powerful- such peace and healing!!! Yes, everyone- GO!

I get that it would be offensive to many people, but Im not concerned with the emotional aspect as I am with the reality of things.
Yes, God can ā€œtakeā€ it, but on the one hand we are to be zealous for the Lord - and if we are not, what will our enemies say, ā€œLook, even Christians donā€™t care that we mock Godā€. On the other hand, there is a very real issue of fairness, with Christians being continuously pushed out of public life but in the name of culture a stated anti-Christian event is being funded. If we donā€™t say ā€œthis isnā€™t okay, this is a discriminatory and offensive standard being levied upon usā€, no one else will.

A fair idea as well, although Iā€™d be afraid theyā€™d return the favor by disrupting a mass. Though not much keeps them from doing so at the moment.

The ā€œblack massā€ is to take place in a public setting. Its not as if weā€™re storming their temple and disrupting their mass.

Even if they were to retaliate that way, we should not be scared into submission.

Our modern cultural mentality wouldnā€™t allow what should be done.
