Please post it as I only see one form which is very long.
I can’t see the form itself – I’m not a Georgia resident! But, I can read the instructions, which point out that there are two different tracks for producing valid ID – one for citizens and another for non-citizens. Are you claiming that a person could produce ID that shows them to be a non-citizen, and yet process a request for voter registration?

I think you’d need to show that this happens, and not just go on a fishing expedition, claiming that it seems possible to you.
Here is that form. There were 450,000 illegal aliens in 2010 so we know that figure is probably much greater.probably closer to 1 million. Georgia has one of the highest undocumented numbers. It is higher than Arizona. That is also a fact put out b DHS,

The legal citizens of Georgia are entitled to a fair and honest election not just for president but for every other office in the state.

Georgia used the DMV to gather voter registrations. That is a fact. The form that is used for this registration requires that voter opt-out in order not to be registered and get a mail-in ballot. That is a fact. according to the license renewal form.

Foreign nations or green card holders who are here legally but nor citizens are entitled to get a license and ID’s t. It is on the form. That is a fact… That is on the form.(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)

What is an ID and who qualifies for that?

You need to opt out of this form.to not be registered . Please look at form. There are thirteen states which currently allow illegal aliens or undocumented to get licenses. That is a Fact.
Fifteen states and the District of Columbia have enacted laws to allow unauthorized immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses. These states—California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Utah, Vermont and Washington—issue a license if an applicant provides certain documentation, such as a foreign birth certificate, foreign passport, or consular card and evidence of current residency in the state.
And why no social security number is required - because they do not require them.

Yes. Voter registration IF and WHEN it takes place. All anyone is doing on the form is providing their information so they MAY be registered, once their request is verified. They are applying to be registered.

I am not sure how you are missing this, but I have explained it as clearly as I can. Have a lot to do today, so am bowing out for now.

Please look at the form. In “Section B”, you identify whether you are a U.S. Citizen or not. Are you really saying that you think that they’re going to look at a form in which you say “I’m not a citizen”, and yet register you to vote?

What do 13 states that are not Georgia have to do with voting in Georgia? That appears entirely irrelevant.

An ID is a government document that states who you are, proof of identity. Anyone legally residing in Georgia that is able to sign their name can obtain a GA ID from the DDS.

Thanks for helping us put those fears to rest!
Not “to rest” exactly because what needs to be explained, and not merely explained away, is why the “pipe burst” which turned out to be a small leak in a different room was used as the pretext for shutting down the counting?

This is true especially since the only record on a repair ticket was for a 6:00 am call that day and not a 10:30 pm one.

Of course, there would be no direct link between a pipe burst and fraudulent handling of ballots, but it may be evidence that there was no good reason for shutting down the count so a pre-textual one had to be found on the fly.

I haven’t been able to find a good explanation. Perhaps you have better eyes?

It is a 12 page form and gives the license renewal. It is the DMV form.

And this protracted refusal to concede is nothing more than another money scheme. His campaign has a huge pile of debt. So enter the “election defense fund” trying to get $25 from grandma…
I’m wondering what all of his debts look like. Not that I expect to ever know.

That might all depend on who “they” happen to be, no?

Given that there are about 1.8 million dead people still registered to vote across the country what are a few hundred thousand more living but uncredentialed voters on rolls that never get cleaned up or checked anyway?

To be fair, Georgia did take steps to clean up its voter rolls in the past few years, but surprise surprise who protested those efforts?

Are you denying it is an opt out form?

Yes you have to state whether you are a citizen and or Not fine but you still have to opt out not to have your name go to the voter registration

And I’ve asked numerous times why you think that means you’re actually registered if not eligible with no response. You simply asset with zero evidence that if someone is issued a license they were also registered.

Lets go another route. If someone who isn’t a citizen fills out a voter registration form, puts it in an envelope and brings it to the post office, will the post office deliver it to the town clerk or whoever handles voter registrations for that area? Obviously yes. So why aren’t you worried that non-citizens are doing that if there’s nothing to stop them from mailing in those applications?

In other words… this is all smoke and no fire.
Well, you can’t claim there is no fire just because you can only see smoke. It is in the nature of smoke that it blocks your eyes from seeing the fire.

You haven’t found a good reason for shutting down the count or for the mistaken claim that it was on account of the pipe, I suppose?

The smoke hasn’t entirely cleared, then?

/Let’s not go another route before we clear this one up. I have no idea who is registered or who did not that the purpose of an audit. I just answered your question so please answer mine.

Could a person not see the opt-out square?

The main way voters register in Georgia is through the state’s automatic voter registration program, which signs up eligible voters when they obtain driver’s licenses unless they check a box to opt out.

In the fall of 2016, Georgia began [implementing] an administratively-approved automatic registration policy through its Department of Driver Services. Eligible citizens who interact with the DDS are registered to vote or have their existing registration information updated, unless they decline.

About 72,000 new voters registered in Georgia during the coronavirus pandemic, indicating that people weren’t deterred from signing up to vote.
The main way voters register in Georgia is through the state’s automatic voter registration program, which signs up eligible voters when they obtain driver’s licenses unless they check a box to opt out.
But" Eligible" is a tricky word if the form is for both eligible and " Non Citizens". Did they see the box that said they had to opt out in order not to be registered to receive a ballot?

Could a person not see the opt-out square?
Sure. So a non-citizen forgets to check the box. So they will try to use the information for registration purposes.

Why do you think they will send the information when they see the person isn’t an eligible voter?

Why do you think the election clerks will process and approve the enrollment without verifying eligibility?

You just seem to be skipping that the role of the clerks is to verify the eligibility. The information is still “used for voter registration purposes” even if you’re denied.

My alternate scenario was to try and get it to click that just because an application is received doesn’t mean it’s approved.

Because the form isn’t the beginning and end of the process. There are also things like felony status that have to be verified before your registration is approved.

And why do you think the election clerks will cross-check 2 million new DMV registration forms ----- 1 million new DMV registration form since 2016.

This is why an audit is needed

In Georgia being registered isn’t a sufficient condition for receiving a ballot. One must request a ballot to receive one.

You can find more information on that here.

Are you denying that the state collects and uses citizenship data that’s present on the exact same form?

Where, even if they receive the information, they’ll bounce it because you’ve declared you’re not a citizen!
So why aren’t you worried that non-citizens are doing that if there’s nothing to stop them from mailing in those applications?
Doesn’t the web site say that they are not allowed to fill in mail-in registrations – that they need to show up in-person with ID?
Well, you can’t claim there is no fire just because you can only see smoke.
No heat, no flames; just partisan smoke. Yeah… we can pretty much assert “no fire” here.
You haven’t found a good reason for shutting down the count
They said that they’d planned on shutting down at 10:30 and reopening at 1am, didn’t they?
or for the mistaken claim that it was on account of the pipe, I suppose?
Someone made a mistake in a press release! Call out the troops! C’mon…
I have no idea who is registered or who did not
But, you’re claiming millions of illegal ballots. You can’t see the cognitive dissonance in your claims?
Did they see the box that said they had to opt out in order not to be registered to receive a ballo t?
That doesn’t imply that they (1) were actually successfully registered or (2) that they received ballots. This is just a fishing expedition…
