Of course! Still, if one mentions this, how about this actress Melissa Joan Hart voicing her support for Romney and the way Twitter goes crazy with the obnoxious obscene language against her from the Left. Perhaps this situation regarding the NBP is just that this is another case where the Left can use the race card.
I don’t do the term “race card”. Sorry

Let’s forget voting completely and trust in God, the Copts do.
The choose their Pope by lot, with a blindfolded child drawing names from a chalice.

Certainly a chalice wouldn’t be appropriate to American politics, but a meeting in each state capital to see which candidate gets its electors would save a lot of wear and tear on the nation’s nerves.

You just did.

OMG! The right and their obsession with the Black Panthers! Here we are again!

I was responding to RINGIL’s characterization of white conservatives being scared of black people.

Yes, the KKK and the NBP’s are racist. The NBP’s in Philly ought to be removed if people feel they are being intimidated.
I am referring to a disproportionate interest/obsession/fear among some segments in the Right of scary minorities.

Breitbart writes to their audience as any media does and here, and in the past you will see a disproportionate number of articles concerning negative stories regarding minorities.

Yes, some white conservatives are scared of black people, and some liberals are scared of black people.

The New Black Panthers were involved in protests in Florida over the Trayvon Martin case, that is there right but likewise, they have made very incendiary statements as well that have been reported by the honest media.
Not just protests, they put a bounty on Zimmerman and were recorded on radio programs calling for racial violence.

I wonder how black people would feel if the KKK showed up dressed in sheets with clubs?
They weren’t Klan but there was a case during the Bush years of ‘Minutemen’ types showing up at a voting precinct in Arizona allegedly carrying a pistol. I don’t want to ever link to media matters but this seems to be the case of Russ Dove and Roy Warden.

So, back to the point, if in Arizona or any other state, “Minutemen” were found to be at a precinct carrying weapons for this election 2012, should it be as much of a story? Yes, of course, but it hasn’t happened yet.

And to the above case, I believe it was not prosecuted as well, a bit scarier in carrying a gun but may not have made the same headlines because I dont’ think it was during a “presidential election.”

Yes, the Trayvon Martin story received a great deal of attention on Breitbart.

BTW, how the heck did Trayvon Martin show up here?

Oh, I better get off this conversation. . . . . …

Whatever, that’s beside the point.

The courts should not be deciding that all Americans are paying for the murder of the unborn and Epan was saying they should.
You hit one of my areas of interest-the years leading up to the Civil war. It is interesting how the arguments used to justify slavery are the same ones used to justify abortion.

YIKES-are we going t be talking about Cindy Sheehan next?😉

I agree with you.

These are two great moral/social evils that have arisen in our world.

Nope, I was responding to a story demonstrating a disproportionate interest/obsession/fear of scary black people.
Yes you were. I don’t know how you determine what is disproportionate. Disproportionate to what? To Fox News? To MSNBC? To CNN? What is your measure?

lol, I had to look up who she was.

Sometimes conversations on here are like strange parties where you never know who is going to show up!

Romney is also three points up in New Hampshire

Figures differ from virtually all public polling

But Romney trailing in Nevada, according to campaign pollster Neil Newhouse

If the internal polls, which the Obama campaign scoffs at, are correct then Romney will almost certainly become the 45th President of the United States

Not sure what the obsession with Brietbart is? I saw it on the news on tv and the local reporter covering the story in PA was not working for Brietbart.

Sorry, the authority is the Constitution NOT the Courts. Not being an American, you can not understand this.

The authority is the US Constitution. The US Courts are bound to interpret and uphold the Constitution when questions like this arise. That is why they exist - to settle such disputes.

Well, I took an oath to God to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and to bear true faith and allegiance to the same. Does that count?

My prognosis at one point in time in Iraq, where I was deployed more than once as a US Marine, was amputation of my left leg, and a double orchiectomy. They changed the plan while I was unconscious, and saved the leg and one testicle. I can still have kids, Everything functions fine, with some pain in the leg at all times. That was a happy moment waking up, and looking down expecting a stump, but finding a leg and genitalia still attached. I am quite grateful for that, and always will be.

I work for the US Navy as a commissioned officer at the largest US medical facility outside of the United States, run by the US Army and the DoD. The US government (you the taxpayer) paid for me to go to some very expensive schools, including medical school. I am grateful for that too.

Last time I checked, my US passport was still valid. So was my military passport. I think I do appreciate and understand the US Constitution tolerably well.

Thank you for your service. I am glad things worked out for you. We sometimes take so much for granted.

Yeah, well just don’t ask me to pay for the murder of the unborn and say the argument isn’t convincing!
