Be careful of what you’re thanking God for. Thanks be to God.
The election being over? I thought we were all unanimous on that.Be careful of what you’re thanking God for.![]()
For the end of this trial, and for His will to be done. No danger there in the long haul, Rich. We’ll get through whatever happens in the short term.Be careful of what you’re thanking God for.![]()
Nah, your numbers are old. FL, CO, NC and VA are Romney’s. The battleground states are OH, PA, IA and WI. Also NH.It’s really going to come down to just three states. Ohio, Virginia and Florida. If Obama wins just one of these three, I believe he’s easily going to win. Mitt has a lot more states to win and for quite an underwhelming candidate, I just don’t see it happening.
We really differ here. I like the mosaic and am proud to be a hyphenated American. I’ll never lose my identity as a child of a particlular beloved part of Europe. And my wife is no less proud of her Sicilian, not Italian mind you - American background.I don’t like the idea of the ‘American mosaic’ fostered by Bill Clinton; I enjoyed the previous ideal of an ‘American melting pot’. I preferred an America where everyone set aside their prior national identity to become an American, a citizen of the greatest nation on Earth. Instead, we’ve just had a President who apologized for the actions of America over the years. He has helped create an atmosphere of divisiveness beyond any I’ve seen. People of various races, religions, and socioeconomic classes are in constant conflict. I could go on and on … sorry.
LOL, PA, N.H., Iowa and Wiscy are not battleground states.Nah, your numbers are old. FL, CO, NC and VA are Romney’s. The battleground states are OH, PA, IA and WI. Also NH.
The republicans are also making a bid for MN, but probably they won’t get it. They won’t get NV, the unions are very powerful there and lots of hinky stuff is going on out there.
I’m an American. Descendant of the colonists. At ease, newbie. We really differ here. I like the mosaic and am proud to be a hyphenated American. I don’t bet. rasmussenreports.com/public_content/election_2012LOL, PA, N.H., Iowa and Wiscy are not battleground states.
If you’re so sure, how about we bet? If I’m wrong, I promise to never post again on this forum. If you’re wrong, you’ll do the same. Want to bet?
Catholics make me crazy. I swear if I have to put up with many more of them, I’m going to become a non-denominational somewhere. At least they read the bible. We really differ here. Indeed, I prefer the “salad bowl” not the “melting pot”.We really differ here. I like the mosaic and am proud to be a hyphenated American. ROFLOL. Did you say you were from Chicago, by any chance?I will win.
Vote for me for corruption, indifference, cronyism, and general malaise!
How about:For the two who are predicting someone else will win…this is not a test…C is not the correct answer.![]()
I will give you my prediction on/about Wednesday morning. Which might be less silly than it sounds right now.Well now it is time for you to predict who will win the US Presidential Election
Nope. That only works for a couple generations. You may start out a tossed salad, but the lettuce will wilt, and you will end up in the melting pot.We really differ here. I like the mosaic and am proud to be a hyphenated American. I’ll never lose my identity as a child of a particlular beloved part of Europe.
